-IT Strategy: Develop and execute IT strategies in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
-Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring effective performance and development.
-Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, solve problems, and implement technology solutions.
-System Integration: Oversee the integration of various IT systems, ensuring smooth interoperability and data flow.
-Security & Compliance: Ensure that all management systems are secure, compliant with relevant standards, and protected from vulnerabilities.
-Project Management: Manage IT projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
-Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on system performance, project status, and strategic IT initiatives to senior management.
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-At least 5+ years of experience in IT management or system administration, preferably in a senior role.
-Proven experience with enterprise management systems, integration, and IT infrastructure.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-In-depth knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices.
-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
