- Support recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing).
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate onboarding and staff orientation.
- Assist with monthly attendance, leave tracking, and payroll data.
- Ensure HR policies comply with Cambodian labor law.
- Manage employee relations and handle basic HR inquiries.
- Organize staff training and development activities.
- Support HR reports, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist in office administration tasks when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Cambodia labor law is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
