-Assist walk-in customers and provide information on products, services, and promotions.
-Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
-Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat, organized, and welcoming.
-Process orders, prepare quotations, and follow up on customer inquiries.
-Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
-Update and maintain customer databases and sales records.
-Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or indoor sales environment.
-Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English (additional language skills are a plus).
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work well in a team and independently.
-Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems, etc.).
-Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
-Knowledge of the product range (depending on the industry) is an advantage.
