We are seeking a skilled Line Supervisor (Garment) to oversee the daily operations of the sewing production line in our garment manufacturing facility in Phnom Penh. The Line Supervisor will ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, and lead a team of sewing operators to achieve efficiency and meet production targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in garment production, leadership skills, and a focus on maintaining high-quality output.
-Supervise Production Line: Oversee the daily operations of the garment production line, ensuring production targets are met on time and within budget.
-Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and guide a team of sewing operators, ensuring they adhere to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
-Quality Control: Monitor the quality of garments produced, ensuring they meet company standards and client specifications. Address any issues related to defects or inefficiencies.
-Troubleshooting: Resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the production process, including machine breakdowns or workflow bottlenecks.
-Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to staff to improve skills and ensure proper usage of equipment, tools, and techniques.
-Production Planning: Assist in planning production schedules, ensuring that resources such as materials and manpower are available to meet deadlines.
-Safety Compliance: Ensure that all staff follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize risks.
-Reporting & Documentation: Track production progress, report on any delays or issues, and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
