We are looking for an experienced and skilled Sewing Trainer (Garment) to join our team in Phnom Penh. The Sewing Trainer will be responsible for training and developing sewing operators to ensure they meet production standards and maintain high-quality garment production. The ideal candidate will have expertise in garment manufacturing techniques, strong communication skills, and a passion for training and improving sewing staff performance.

-Conduct Training: Provide hands-on training to new and existing sewing operators on garment production techniques, machine operations, and quality standards.

-Skill Development: Assess the skill levels of sewing operators and design training programs to improve their abilities in stitching, finishing, and garment assembly.

-Monitor Performance: Evaluate the performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback to enhance efficiency and quality.

-Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Assist operators with machine-related issues and provide solutions to maintain smooth production processes.

-Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all trained operators adhere to quality control standards in garment production, including stitching, finishing, and overall garment appearance.

-Safety Compliance: Educate staff on proper safety protocols in the sewing and garment manufacturing process.

-Reporting & Documentation: Track training progress, generate reports, and suggest improvements based on training outcomes.
