-Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
-Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, networking devices).
-Assist with system updates, backups, and security measures.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
-Manage user accounts and permissions.
-Maintain documentation for IT processes and systems.
-Collaborate with external vendors for equipment repairs and upgrades.
-Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
-Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
-Familiarity with common software and hardware (Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, etc.).
-Good problem-solving and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred).
-Basic knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers) is a plus.
-Fluency in Khmer and English (both written and spoken).
