-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
-Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
-Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
-Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
-Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
-Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
-Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to drive business initiatives.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-At least 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
-Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-Strong understanding of the local market (Phnom Penh & provinces) and customer needs.
