-Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets for electric bikes in the designated region.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and brand presence in Phnom Penh.
-Provide product knowledge and training to sales staff, ensuring they stay up-to-date on product features and market trends.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure team success.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and stakeholders.
-Oversee sales operations, including inventory management and order processing.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety standards and customer service protocols.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in team leadership and meeting targets.
-Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is preferred.
-Knowledge of EV bikes, their technology, and market trends is an advantage.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
-High level of motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
-Fluency in Khmer and English (written and spoken).
