-Develop and implement effective sales strategies for MEP systems and solutions.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects.
-Promote company products and services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
-Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
-Provide technical support and consultations on MEP solutions
-Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
-Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
-Collaborate with internal teams (technical, procurement, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
-Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales, preferably in MEP systems or construction-related sectors.
-Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field sales role.
-Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
-Knowledge of the local market and construction industry trends in Phnom Penh is a plus.
-Proficiency in English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
-A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
