-Communicate with clients on assigned matters and tasks.
-Review documents and information collected from clients.
-Prepare and review monthly tax returns.
-Prepare and review monthly closing accounts, including financial statements, payment vouchers, journal vouchers, fixed asset schedules, stock reports, bank reconciliations, and prepayment schedules.
-Prepare and review year-end closing accounts.
-Provide accounting review and advisory services.
-Prepare and review annual tax returns.
-Conduct tax health checks and handle tax audits.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and reliable service delivery.
-Participate in knowledge management, professional development, and firm administrative activities as requested.
-Supervise and guide Associate Accountants (AAs) in daily tasks and professional growth.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
-Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance.
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst, or Tax Preparer in an accounting firm.
-Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
-Willingness to work at client sites or meet with government officers as required.
-Good command of English & Chinese (speaking, listening, and writing).
-Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
-Fast learner, proactive, and honest. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
