The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the overall strategy, growth, and operations of a leading electrical products distribution company in Cambodia. The role requires a visionary leader with strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of regional distribution networks, and proven leadership in industrial or electrical product markets.
The CEO will oversee business performance, market expansion, supply chain optimization, and profitability — driving innovation, partnerships, and operational excellence.
International executives with experience in ASEAN markets, especially Malaysia, Singapore, or Vietnam, are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic direction, business growth, and profitability.
Oversee daily operations, finance, sales, and logistics.
Build strong supplier and customer relationships.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and KPIs.
Lead and develop high-performing teams.
Ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Represent the company to partners, clients, and government bodies.
Education:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
MBA or Executive Leadership certification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 10–15 years of senior management experience, preferably in electrical products, engineering, or industrial distribution sectors.
Proven track record of leading business growth and profitability in a competitive market.
Prior experience in Cambodia or ASEAN region is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Deep understanding of distribution models, supply chains, and regional trade.
Fluency in English (Khmer or other ASEAN languages is an asset).
