-Actively identify and approach potential retail and wholesale customers in Phnom Penh.
-Present and promote our products (toothpaste, soap, balm) to new and existing clients.
-Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.
-Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
-Provide customers with product information, pricing, and promotions.
-Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities.
-Coordinate with the sales manager for regular reporting on sales activities and performance.
-Ensure product availability and proper placement in retail outlets.
-Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand visibility.

-Proven experience (1-2 years) in outdoor sales or field sales, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) like personal care products (e.g., toothpaste, soap).
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
-Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
-Familiarity with the Phnom Penh market and local retail networks.
-A valid driver’s license and access to transportation (motorbike/car) is a plus.
-Basic knowledge of product categories (toothpaste, soap, balm) is an advantage.
-High school diplomaa or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
-Fluent in Khmer; English is a plus.
