-Develop and execute the company's vision, strategy, and long-term objectives.
-Oversee overall operations, including supply chain, logistics, sales, and customer service.
-Lead and manage senior leadership team and employees.
-Build relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
-Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
-Ensure the company meets financial goals, budgeting, and reporting.
-Monitor industry trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
-Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

-Proven experience (5+ years) as a CEO, Managing Director, or in a senior executive role within the distribution, manufacturing, or electrical products sector.
-Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
-Excellent business acumen and financial management skills.
-Experience in supply chain management, distribution networks, and vendor relations.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of Khmer is a plus).
-Ability to drive growth, manage change, and inspire teams.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-Knowledge of local and international markets, especially in the electrical or industrial products industry.
- Strong understanding of Cambodian business laws and regulations.
