Job Scope: Oversee internal hotel operations and management; no external marketing required; train staff (including front desk and housekeeping). 90 guest rooms.
-Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar senior hospitality management role.
-Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written) – this is essential for communication with Chinese-speaking clients and business partners.
-Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
-Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
-Exceptional communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
-Experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and cost control within the hotel industry.
-Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that improve guest satisfaction, increase profitability, and enhance operational efficiency.
-Strong understanding of local market trends and the ability to adapt marketing and sales strategies to meet guest needs.
-Ability to resolve issues and handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
-A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent hospitality.
-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
-Prior experience in a multi-cultural environment and knowledge of the Cambodian hospitality market is a plus.
