-Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive company growth.
-Supervise and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
-Oversee market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
-Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, print, etc.).
-Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
-Collaborate with other departments (product, customer service, etc.) to ensure alignment of goals.
-Maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
-Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales and marketing performance.
-Organize promotional events, trade shows, or product launches to increase brand visibility.
-Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
-Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and digital marketing tools.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive results.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, etc.).
-A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
-Fluent in both English and Khmer (preferred).
