-Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, facilities, and administrative resources.
-Team Coordination: Lead and support administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflows and team collaboration.
-Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
-Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by senior management.
-Policy & Procedure Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and assist with the development of new processes.
-Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of office services and supplies.
-Event Coordination: Organize company events, meetings, and other internal activities.
-Data Management: Maintain and organize confidential records and files, ensuring security and easy access to necessary information.
-Proven experience in administrative roles, with at least 5 years in a senior administrative position.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Khmer.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
