- Design and write test cases for the company's H5 pages, Web applications, and mobile apps;
- Perform functional testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, and regression testing to ensure product quality;
- Extract test points based on product requirement documents (PRD) or prototypes to ensure full coverage of all core business processes;
- Track the entire bug lifecycle and work with developers to ensure timely resolution, guaranteeing defect-free product releases;
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers, providing constructive feedback on issues identified during testing;
- Prepare detailed test reports, analyze test results, assess risks, and propose improvement suggestions;
- Optimize testing processes and test case management methods to improve efficiency and coverage;
- Assist in establishing testing standards, documentation systems, and quality assurance norms across the team;
- Actively participate in requirements and test reviews to engage early in the product lifecycle and reduce quality risks;
- Possess a certain level of product thinking and proactively identify potential interaction, logic, or performance issues from a user perspective;
- Familiar with key functional modules such as payment, order processing, and membership management, with strong sensitivity to system stability and security;
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining focus on user experience and long-term product reliability.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
