• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in QMS functions from raw materials to finished goods.
• Ability to conduct audits against SOPs using probing techniques to identify errors and improvement areas.
• Skilled in writing SOPs aligned with ISO standards.
• Systematic and process-driven approach to quality management.
• In-depth knowledge of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) procedures.
• Ability to deliver structured training sessions.
• Proficient in managing overall product safety.
• Willingness to travel to outstation locations when required.

• Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level.
• Certification or Diploma in Apparel Manufacturing / Quality.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in document control systems and master index management.
• Lean Six Sigma belt certification is a plus.
• Good in both written and spoken English.
• Good in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
