- Supervise daily HR operations and staff
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian Labor Law and company policies
- Manage staff records, contracts, and HR-related documents
- Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and discipline
- Assist in organizing staff performance reviews and evaluations
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievances
- Coordinate internal training and development programs
- Prepare monthly HR reports and updates for management
- Support workplace safety, employee engagement, and retention activities
- Ensure all HR activities follow company policy and Cambodian labor law
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documents
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation for compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns or complaints
- Promote good communication and a positive workplace culture
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
