- Lead daily operations of the school according to Ministry of Education standards
- Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff performance
- Ensure quality delivery of Khmer national curriculum
- Develop school improvement plans and academic targets
- Promote discipline, student engagement, and a safe school culture
- Organize teacher professional development and training
- Build good relationships with parents, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and well-being
- Manage school resources, facilities, and basic financial planning
- Ensure accurate school reporting, documentation, and MoEYS compliance
