-Maintain good interaction with fans, promptly respond to comments and private messages, and uphold online reputation.
-Platform Maintenance and Optimization:
-Manage store pages on lifestyle service platforms such as Dianping, Meituan, and Ele.me, optimizing dish images, descriptions, and user reviews.
-Plan and launch platform-exclusive promotions to improve store rankings and sales.
- Write high-quality tweets and soft articles to tell brand stories and promote new dishes or events.
- Identify and collaborate with food bloggers (KOLs) and key consumers (KOCs) whose style aligns with the restaurant for promotional store visits.
- When necessary, manage paid advertising campaigns on social media, information feeds, or lifestyle service platforms, and monitor return on investment.
- Plan and execute various offline themed events, such as holiday parties, themed dinners, new product tasting sessions, and cooking classes, to attract customers to the restaurant.
- Establish connections with local communities, businesses, and schools to plan B2B events like team-building activities and collaborations.
- Maintain relationships with local media and food editors to secure free media coverage opportunities.
- Handle unexpected PR crises to uphold the restaurant's public image.
- Design and manage the restaurant's membership system/loyalty program to enhance customer repurchase rates.
- Maintain a core customer community through CRM systems or WeChat groups, regularly pushing promotional information and new product updates.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide suggestions for dish improvement and service optimization.
- Ensure all external visual materials (menus, posters, flyers, table cards, employee uniforms) comply with brand image standards.
Responsible for the design, production, and distribution of materials required for marketing activities.
Regularly track and analyze key performance indicators, such as customer traffic, average spending per customer, number of new customers acquired, event conversion rates, and social media data.
Write summary reports on promotional activities, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide data-based evidence for future strategic adjustments.
- A background in marketing, media, advertising, or related fields. 1-3 years or more of experience in marketing promotion within the catering, hotel, or fast-moving consumer goods industry is preferred.
- Copywriting and Creative Ability: Excellent copywriting and content planning skills.
