-Achieve sales targets for fertilizers in the assigned region.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, distributors, and agricultural businesses.
-Provide product education, demonstrations, and technical support on fertilizer usage.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
-Lead and motivate the sales team to meet goals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
-Report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to management.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Business, Marketing, or related field.
-Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales,a preferably in agriculture or fertilizer-related industries.
-Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
-Languages: Fluent in Khmer (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
-Knowledge of agricultural practices in Ratanakiri Province is preferred.
-Willingness to travel extensively within the province.
-Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
