-Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for fertilizers within the assigned region.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with local farmers, agricultural businesses, and distributors.
-Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support on the use of fertilizers.
-Monitor market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
-Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve high performance and targets.
-Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business, Marketing, or related field.
-Experience: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in agriculture or fertilizer-related products.
-Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in CRM tools.
-Languages: Fluent in Khmer (spoken and written), knowledge of English is a plus.
-Knowledge of agricultural practices and the fertilizer market in Mondolkiri Province is highly preferred.
-Willingness to travel frequently within the province.
-Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
