-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the province.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses, and distributors.
-Provide product education, technical support, and training on fertilizer use.
-Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
-Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
-Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, market feedback, and performance metrics.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Business, Marketing, or related field.
-Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on agricultural products (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.) preferred.
-Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and team leadership abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
-Languages: Fluent in Khmer (spoken and written), English is a plus.
-Knowledge of local agricultural practices in Stueng Treng is a plus.
-Willingness to travel frequently within the province.
-Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
