-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for fertilizers in Kratie.
-Identify and capture new business opportunities by targeting both established and new farming businesses.
-Develop and execute sales strategies that ensure consistent growth and market share expansion.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses, and local distributors to foster long-term partnerships.
-Conduct market research to understand the evolving needs of farmers and agricultural businesses in Kratie.
-Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
-Provide regular training and coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
