-Plan and deliver lessons that meet the developmental needs of children aged 3-6 years.
-Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
-Encourage the development of basic skills such as communication, motor skills, -and socialization.
-Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents and school management.
-Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behaviors.
-Collaborate with other educators to create an effective learning community.

-Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
-Prior experience in a kindergarten or early education setting is preferred.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
-Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with students and parents.
-Fluency in English is preferred (Cambodian language skills are a plus).
-A valid work permit for Cambodia (or willingness to obtain one).
