The Business Development Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s
restaurant management system, managing the full customer lifecycle from initial outreach to product
installation and active use. The role ensures a positive customer experience and supports long-term
cooperation. Key responsibilities include:
1. Conduct in-person visits to potential clients, actively promote the company’s hardware and software
products, and identify and establish new business opportunities.
2. Independently deliver product presentations, explain solutions, provide quotations, conduct business
negotiations, and drive contract signing to achieve sales targets.
3. Coordinate with the after-sales team to ensure timely equipment installation, system onboarding, and
feature activation for new clients, enabling prompt and effective usage.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to resolve usage issues, gather feedback, and
encourage repeat purchases or customer referrals.
5. Gain a deep understanding of client needs and pain points during system usage, compile and report
findings to the product or development teams to support product optimization and iteration.
6. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide insights that inform sales strategies and
product development.
7. Accurately maintain customer records, visit logs, and sales data; submit daily and weekly reports on
time to ensure full traceability of sales activities.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Information
Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in B2C and B2B sales, channel development, or sales within the food
and beverage industry is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals with
clients.
4. Responsible and resilient, able to work in a results-oriented environment and adapt to frequent travel.
5. Proficient in office software and mobile CRM tools, with solid documentation and client follow-up
capabilities.
6. Basic understanding of hardware and software products, with the ability to quickly learn and
effectively convey product features.
7. Working Time: Mon-Fri (8:30am-6:00pm)
