1. Assist the Marketing Manager in executing the annual marketing strategy by breaking down and driving
various marketing plans to ensure efficient project implementation;
2. Organize and conduct market research, including industry trends, competitor analysis, user needs, and
satisfaction surveys; regularly deliver research reports to support marketing and product decisionmaking
with data;
3. Oversee the creation and updates of product marketing materials (e.g., PPTs, brochures, customer case
studies, FAQ documents) to enhance market awareness and sales enablement;
4. Plan and execute online and offline marketing events (e.g., trade shows, livestreams, customer salons),
ensuring professional execution and measurable outcomes;
5. Manage content publishing schedules and performance on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook,
TikTok) to increase brand exposure and customer engagement;
6. Take full ownership of small-scale projects (e.g., new product launches, targeted customer marketing
campaigns) from planning through to execution;
7. Analyze user behavior, traffic data, and campaign feedback to optimize content direction and
promotional strategies;
8. Support the expansion of external media, industry associations, and partnership channels, and assist in
public relations and press release activities;
9. Guide junior team members in completing daily tasks and contribute to team process optimization and
capability building;
10. Regularly report work progress and research findings to the Marketing Manager, providing execution
insights and suggestions for improvement.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, Business Analysis, or related fields;
2. Over 3 years of experience in marketing-related roles, with a background in event execution, content
planning, research and analysis, or cross-functional collaboration preferred;
3. Familiar with basic market research methods (e.g., questionnaire design, user interviews, competitor
analysis), with the ability to conduct independent research and compile reports;
4. Knowledge of major marketing platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, and an
understanding of content publishing and operational workflows;
5. Strong copywriting, material organization, and communication skills;
6. Data-literate, with the ability to use basic analysis tools (e.g., Excel, survey platforms, data
dashboards) to organize and interpret market information;
7. Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, with a high sense of responsibility and execution
ability;
8. Excellent written and spoken Chinese skills, with basic proficiency in English preferred.
