1. Establish and improve financial management systems and processes to ensure compliance,
standardization, and efficiency.
2. Prepare the annual financial budget and cash flow plan, monitor execution, and conduct variance
analysis.
3. Manage the company’s cash flow to ensure the proper allocation of operating funds.
4. Review accounting vouchers, ledgers, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and consistency
with actual records.
5. Organize the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and present business
performance to management.
6. Guide subordinate accountants in completing daily accounting, bookkeeping, and financial filing
tasks.
7. Liaise with the General Department of Taxation (GDT) of Cambodia and ensure timely and accurate
tax filing.
8. Maintain compliance with the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR) and other government
authorities, submitting required reports and audit documents on time.
9. Monitor changes in tax policies and provide tax planning and risk management recommendations.
10. Coordinate the annual external audit, preparing and providing all necessary documentation.
11. Maintain positive relationships with banks, auditing firms, and tax authorities.
12. Establish and oversee the fixed asset register, ensuring proper processes for procurement,
capitalization, depreciation, and disposal.
13. Conduct regular physical verification of fixed assets and inventory, ensuring alignment with records
and promptly addressing discrepancies.
14. Manage and develop the finance team, enhancing overall professional capability and execution.
15. Provide financial analysis and advice to support corporate strategy, investment, and business
expansion.
16. Carry out other duties as assigned by senior management

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;
possession of ACCA, CPA, or Cambodian local accounting certification is preferred;
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional finance experience, including at least 2 years in a financial
management role;
3. Familiar with Cambodian accounting standards (CIFRS for SMEs), tax regulations, and labor-related
laws;
4. Proficient in accounting, tax filing, and budget management, with demonstrated capability in tax
planning;
5. Skilled in financial software and Microsoft Excel;
6. Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
perform under pressure and uphold professional ethics;
7. Prior experience in the restaurant, software, or internet industry is an advantage.
8. Fluency in Chinese is preferred.
