• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in IT products and services (software, hardware, networking, cybersecurity, managed services).
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate and close deals with enterprise, SME, and government clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on IT solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Provide ongoing account management and ensure client satisfaction.
• Analyze IT industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback on new market opportunities and product/service development.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies for IT solutions.
• Work closely with pre-sales engineers, project managers, and technical teams to design tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns, proposals, and sales materials.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in IT sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, software solutions, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency MS Office Suite, and digital collaboration platforms.
