-Identify and approach new customers in the outdoor hospitality market, including bars, restaurants, hotels, and outdoor event venues.
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
-Have an in-depth understanding of our beer and wine offerings, and communicate this effectively to potential customers.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
-Negotiate prices, promotional offers, and contracts to close deals.
-Present product portfolios, including new beer and wine products, and demonstrate the value proposition.
-Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
-Certification in hospitality, event management, or similar areas is a plus.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
-Previous experience in selling beer, wine, or alcohol products to outdoor venues (bars, restaurants, events) is preferred.
-Experience in the Cambodian market, particularly Phnom Penh, is highly beneficial.
-Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English (written and verbal).
-Working Hour: Mon-Sat & 8am-5pm
