-Develop and implement sales strategies for large-scale projects in alignment with company goals.
-Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
-Prepare and present detailed project proposals to clients, outlining solutions, pricing, and timelines.
-Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales and ensure profitability.
-Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, design, and delivery teams) to ensure project requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.
-Track sales performance, report on pipeline activity, and provide regular updates to management.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
-Relevant certifications in project management or sales are a plus.
-Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in project sales, B2B sales, or a related industry.
-Proven track record of successfully managing large projects and closing high-value sales.
-Experience working in Phnom Penh or within the Cambodian market is a plus.
-Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
-Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English (written and verbal).
-Ability to understand technical project requirements and translate them into customer-friendly proposals.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
