-Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and increase sales.
-Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including content creation, posting, and community engagement.
-Develop and oversee content for online and offline marketing channels (social media, website, flyers, posters, etc.).
-Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies align with the overall customer experience.
-Organize and promote events (e.g., live music, special promotions, or collaborations) to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or social media management, preferably in the food & beverage or retail industry.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Khmer.
-Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
-Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, etc.).
-Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.
-Knowledge of local market trends, consumer behavior, and the café culture in Phnom Penh.
-Working hours 8am-5pm
