-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Provide information on products and promotions
-Ensure the shop floor is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked
-Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately
-Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
-Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely
-Support opening and closing procedures
-Follow all company policies and safety procedures

-Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Basic math and cash-handling skills
-Ability to stand for long periods and lift light items
-Honest, reliable, and punctual
-Friendly, proactive, and willing to learn
-Basic spoken Khmer required; English or other languages are a plus
