-Conduct thorough physical examinations and monitor growth and developmental milestones from infancy to adolescence
-Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses, acute injuries, chronic conditions, and developmental or behavioral concerns
-Administer and manage immunizations, prescribe medications, and educate families on dosage and administration
-Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and refer patients to specialists when necessary
-Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation
-Provide guidance and counselling to parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, behavior, preventive measures, and wellness
-Collaborate with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and other departments to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care
-Medical Doctor (MD) degree or equivalent, with specialization in Pediatrics; diploma such as DES or recognition from Cambodia’s Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport is preferred
-Valid medical licensure to practice in Cambodia.
-Preferably clinical experience in a hospital or pediatric care setting; experience in a CPA2/CPA3 hospital is advantageous
-Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff or students is a plus.
-Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
-Exceptional interpersonal skills—empathetic, patient, and able to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues
-Computer literate, with ability to use electronic health records and documentation systems
-Working Hour 6 Days/ Week & 8am-5pm (Plus on call)
