-Serve as the line manager for a team of Front Office Supervisors, ensuring they meet performance standards and help achieve school objectives.
-Initiate strategies that enhance student enrollment, optimize payment collection, and improve parent satisfaction with school services.
-Oversee front office operations for assigned classes, including effective home–school communication, ensuring parent profiles are up-to-date, and addressing parent feedback through structured tracking.
-Manage inquiries and complaints about student learning, well-being, school fees, or policies in a professional, timely manner; record and act on feedback to support improvement.
-Ensure scheduled payment collections are completed with adherence to school policy and financial guidelines.
-Greet and engage visitors to support enrollment goals; assist in both daily and long-term planning to bolster parent satisfaction and outreach.
-Supervise Teaching Assistants (TAs) for designated classes, ensuring they meet performance expectations and provide a smooth transition during drop-off and pick-up times.
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service—or similar fields; at least 1 year in an educational setting is preferred.
-Prior international school experience and team management experience are advantageous.
-Excellent written and spoken English; additional Khmer fluency is beneficial.
-Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; professional demeanor with high reliability, integrity, and teamwork orientation.
