-Supervise everyday administrative functions in the school office.
-Maintain student records and process admission steps for new students.
-Answer and direct incoming phone calls; respond promptly to all inquiries via phone and email.
-Monitor staff attendance and leave; report concerns to senior management.
-Ensure safekeeping and orderly ordering of school materials and supplies.
-Greet visitors and parents warmly, following the school’s safety procedures.
-Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
-Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
-Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and communication skills in both Khmer and English.
-Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, adept at building relationships with students, parents, teachers, and management.
