-Act as the key point of contact between home and school for attendance, lateness, schedules, and programs.
-Handle and filter parent inquiries about student learning, school life, fees, etc.; collate and report feedback weekly or monthly.
- Work with faculty and Academic Class Supervisors to enhance home–school relationships and boost parent satisfaction.
-Ensure smooth drop-off/pick-up processes and coordinate parent–teacher meetings.
-Supervise meal times and suggest improvements to the school food program.
-Maintain records of student incidents, illnesses, admissions, payments, and family data.
-Help the Front Office Manager meet student enrollment targets and support satisfaction-driven initiatives.
-Contribute to daily, short-term, and long-term planning to enhance parent services and outreach.
-Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
-Prior experience in international schools is a plus.
-Fluent in English (speaking and writing); Khmer language skills are advantageous.
-Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, dynamic and result-oriented.
-Excellent organization, time management, analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and the capacity to work under pressure.
