-Set and execute departmental goals aligned with the school’s vision and mission
-Line-manage Student Affairs Supervisors—act as a mentor, leader, and capacity-builder
-Report on team performance and achievements to the Head of Student Affairs and School Director
-Collaborate with other department heads to align cross-functional school objectives
-Speak or present at school events, workshops, or assemblies as assigned
-Plan and oversee student experiences like field trips, extracurricular activities, and workshops
-Build external relationships with third-party partners to enhance student programs
-Manage logistics for events: activity coordination, field trips, workshops, etc.
-Maintain accurate student records (grades, transcripts, behavior, etc.) per MoEYS and school requirements
-Coordinate the production of report cards and transcripts
-Conduct parent and student satisfaction surveys; present findings and improvement suggestions to management
-Meet with students to mentor on well-being, conduct, and personal concerns; support Student Affairs Supervisors in handling cases
-Engage with parents regarding student welfare and learning matters upon request
-Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL, or a related discipline.
-1–2 years of experience in education or student support roles—international school experience a plus.
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
-Fluent in English; Khmer is advantageous.
-Collaborative, reliable, and flexible with a willingness to grow professionally.
-Ability to multitask and work efficiently under guidance.
