-Oversee and monitor learning quality in assigned Khmer and international classes.
-Promote student engagement, belonging, and character development aligned with the school’s values.
-Support Khmer teachers by reviewing lesson plans, enhancing instructional quality, and planning professional development.
-Collaborate with international teachers and program coordinators to ensure positive student behavior and academic performance.
-Manage class logistics—ensure neat classroom setups, coordinate supplies, digital tools, and learning materials.
-Align with Front Office staff for timely communication with parents and to address inquiries effectively.
-Gather and analyze student data (behavior, attendance, academic progress) to support program evaluation.
-Maiain accurate student records in compliance with MoEYS requirements and school systems.
-Produce monthly achievement reports and suggest improvements to the Academic Manager.
-Facilitate production of report cards each semester, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
-Organize and participate in Parent–Teacher Meetings; conduct parent satisfaction surveys.
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, TESOL, or a related field.
-At least 6 months of experience in an educational context; international school experience preferred.
-Supervisory experience is a plus.
-Strong written and spoken English—Khmer skills are advantageous.
-Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver effective outcomes.
