-Define and implement strategic goals for Student Affairs aligned with school mission and values.
-Lead and manage the department, report to the Head of School, and ensure team performance.
-Author, review, and enforce policies for safety, child protection, and student conduct. Actively support related committees.
-Organize school-wide events such as orientations, field trips, and enhance school image via public and marketing events.
-Oversee accurate maintenance of student records (grades, behavioral logs, transcripts) in line with MoEYS and accreditation requirements.
-Collect and analyze feedback from students and parents via surveys; use data to measure and improve program effectiveness.
-Coordinate with Front Office to ensure timely and clear parent communication.
- Conduct regular facility and safety inspections; liaise with operations to address hazards promptly.
-Hold Bachelor’s degree/ Master Degree of Education or TESOL, or related field;
-Minimum of 5 years experience in education field is preferred;
-Willing to advance career path with international school;
-Experience in international school is a plus;
-Experience in managing a team is a plus;
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
-Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective result;
-Desire to learn and overcome new challenges;
-Hard working and self-motivated person, honest, reliable, loyal, responsible, and very good team work;
-Willing to work with diversified internationalteam
