-Develop and manage production schedules; allocate manpower and resources to meet targets while minimizing downtime.
-Ensure product quality and consistency through close collaboration with quality control teams. Implement Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or similar improvement strategies to enhance throughput and reduce waste.
-Oversee raw materials, packaging, and spare parts inventory. Strike a balance between production demand and inventory holding costs.
-Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance. Oversee machine setups and monitor equipment performance to prevent bottlenecks.
-Supervise, coach, and develop production supervisors and operators. Foster teamwork and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
-Maintain a safe and compliant production environment in line with local and international safety standards.
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar field.
-Minimum 3 years in manufacturing operations—preferably in plastics, PVC, or extrusion. Prior managerial experience is essential.
-Knowledge of PVC extrusion or plastic molding processes.
-Competency in Lean and continuous improvement principles.
-Skilled in production metrics and analysis.
