-Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to drive logistics service revenue in Phnom Penh and nearby regions.
-Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regional partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
-Provide accurate, competitive sales quotations and product presentations to clients.
-Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and outreach.
-Collaborate with operations, customer service, and documentation teams to guarantee client satisfaction and timely shipment processing.
-Track and provide weekly and monthly sales reports; analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
-Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and escalate issues appropriately.
-Attend client meetings, site visits, and support logistics operations as needed, including import/export protocols.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales; experience in Phnom Penh preferred.
-Fluent in Khmer and at least business-level English; Chinese or other Southeast Asian languages a plus.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
-Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets as defined.
-Team player with integrity, honesty, flexibility, and client-centric mindset.
