Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and recording devices.
Set up, manage, monitor, and back up Active Directory (AD) servers and file servers.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and train end-users on hardware, software and common IT problems.
Deploy, configure, and maintain computers and related peripherals for all user.
Set up and maintain network infrastructure, including routers and switches (e.g.,Cisco, Mikrotik, TP-Link, Unifi).
Manage and update antivirus software and other security tools to protect IT assets.
Maintain and control IT equipment inventory and asset management.
Support and maintain Point of Sale (POS) systems; knowledge of finance-related software is a plus.
Assist in cyber security initiatives, including monitoring, incident response, and risk mitigation.
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience; experience in retail is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proactive, smart, flexible, and able to demonstrate leadership qualities.
Excellent problem-solving skills with hard skills, soft skills and willingness to travel occasionally.
Good in written and spoken Khmer and English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good knowledge of cyber security principles and practices is a big plus.
