-Successfully conduct assigned audit engagements from start to finish.
-Identify issues, communicate findings, and offer practical solutions tailored to business needs and risks.
-Guide and review the work of junior auditors assigned to engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
-Base audit conclusions on a thorough understanding of processes, circumstances, and risk.
-Create relevant audit programs and testing procedures aligned with risk and test objectives.
-Obtain and review evidence, ensuring that audit conclusions are well-documented.
-Maintain compliance with all applicable department and professional standards.
-Clearly communicate assigned tasks to the engagement team, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and efficient results.
-Organize personal and team efforts to be risk-based, productive, and efficient.
-Focus on personal and professional development by seeking relevant education and training -opportunities aligned with standard audit career progression.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
-Bachelor’s degree in Audit, Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA or CPA qualification preferred.
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
-Fluent in Khmer, and has a good command of both written and spoken English
-Knowledge of Chinese languages, both writing and Speaking
-Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience leading or coordinating a team.
-Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with local and international clients, especially Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
