-Perform daily inspections of buildings, classrooms, offices, playgrounds, and common areas to identify any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures). Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
-Handle minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks—such as basic carpentry, plumbing fixes, electrical checks, HVAC upkeep, and furniture repairs.
-Enforce safety protocols during maintenance tasks, conduct regular safety briefings, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
-Keep accurate records of maintenance tools, supplies, and spare parts. Report low-stock items and assist in reordering.
-Work closely with the Facilities or Operations Manager to schedule maintenance tasks and support ongoing projects.
-Education: High school diploma or vocational certification; technical training is a plus.
-Language: Basic command of English preferred; Khmer fluency beneficial.
-Experience: 1–5 years in building maintenance, with hands-on skills in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or mechanical systems.
