-Oversee the Khmer curriculum department to ensure student learning and teaching quality align with Cambodian curriculum standards and expectations
-Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance and effective communication regarding curriculum requirements
-Monitor student outcomes and support teachers in delivering high-quality education.
-Assist in designing the academic calendar, scheduling, and planning pedagogical activities.
-Coordinate with parents, external partners, and teachers to address concerns and foster academic growth.
-Facilitate student participation in local and international competitions and academic events
-Generate and submit reports to school management on learning trends, program effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
-Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
-At least 2 year of relevant experience in education; experience in managing a team or leading academic programs is a plus
-Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English.
