◦ Prepare marketing plan & implement promotional materials & programs.
◦ Plan & conduct / support Sale Force to organize group presentations, KOLs meetings, exhibition.
◦ Implement training programs as per Dept's training plan.
◦ Analyse sale and customer trend.
◦ Create brochure and leaflet for Med -Rep and updated literature.
◦ Handle customer's complains about the assigned products.
◦ Go on field for KOL visit with sale force team frequently to maintain and strengthen good customer relationship.
◦ Conduct training to sale teams and medical representatives about new products; Product refreshment, Key message, tactic to relationship with customer
◦ Conduct meeting with Doctor & Pharmacy at Department of Hospital and private sectors.
◦ Other task assigned by Deputy Marketing Manager.
