-Manage online sales channels for products (e.g. cosmetics, lifestyle goods), including listings on social media, websites, marketplaces and live‑streaming platforms
-Respond promptly to Chinese-language inquiries, provide product information, pricing, shipping, and post-sale support
-Process orders accurately—confirm payments, arrange fulfillment, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
-Prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) in Chinese and/or English for management review.
-At least a secondary school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields is preferred
-Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)—both spoken and written, as essential for customer interaction.
-Proficiency in English highly desirable; Khmer is advantageous but not mandatory.
-Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
-Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
