-Monitor and report stock movements: receiving, issuing, transfers, and organizing stock locations
-Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and identify slow‑moving or expired items; initiate write‑offs or disposal where necessary
-Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure stock replenishment and minimize stockouts or over‑stocking
-Support internal and external audits, assist with resolving audit findings, and participate in process improvement initiatives
-Train and lead warehouse or stock teams during shifts where applicable, ensuring SOP compliance and operational efficiency

-Minimum of 1 to 2 years of inventory control, supply chain, warehousing or procurement experience; local Cambodia experience is a plus
-Supervisory or team-leading experience is advantageous, especially in warehouse or logistics operations
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, WMS platforms
-Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to analyze variances, forecasts, and aging stock data
